Got the cheddar broccoli soup and bread, the soup was bland cheese wise and very broccoli flavored. I asked for extra bread to dip with and even after that my girlfriend and I couldn't stomach the rest of the soup after we ran out of bread. Placed an online order on Sunday October 16th during the middle of their scheduled open hours and arrived to a locked and empty store. We were charged for the food and have not been able to contact the store to cancel it. Do not place online orders from this store unless you're particularly fond of filing a charge back with your bank.

Placed an online order. Was charged for it. Arrived at the store to find it locked. It was close to closing time (listed as 6 pm on the website), but my order was supposed to be ready at 5:53 and I was there at 5:53. At least 1 other person showed up and had the same thing happen to her. Closing time on the door says 7 pm. Not cool. I understand if short-staffed or something, but don't take online orders if that happens!!!
