        Husband Of Stephanie here. We have had our taxes done by Craig's for many years now. And not one problem with his service's. We have had delays but only because of the IRS part. He is a very nice person and always friendly with me when I come in to have the tax's done. As for the staff who answer's the phone, they answer the phone all day long and deal with many and are VERY busy at this time so I can understand why they seem not so nice. I don't hold it against them. If they were rude then I would say different. But they are always friendly when I am in the waiting room. His pricing is fair. JMO.
