Sonya has been very helpful in answering any questions I have. She typically is able to respond the same day or even the same hour. Insurance companies usually get a bad rap but Detwiler-Brofford Insurance does a great job of taking care of their clients.

Jason Brofford (the owner of Detwiler - Brofford Insurance) came over last week to take pictures of my house from the outside because I switched from State Farm Insurance to Erie Insurance. Jason was extremely easy going amd pleasant to talk to. He spent time to discuss my auto and homeowners insurance policies. I really appreciate him sharing his knowledge with me. Missy Rowley is the person that has helped me with the quotes and paperwork to ensure that I would have a smooth transition from State Farm Insurance to Erie Insurance.
