        I signed up with Rankin Lawn care in 2023. They then became ExperiGreen. I decided to go with a different lawn care company in 2024. ExperiGreen called me in February to ask if I wanted to renew and I informed them that I was going with a different lawn service in 2024. ExperiGreen still came out in late March 2024 and did a service on my property without any verbal or written agreement. I was not home at the time of the treatment. When I called to dispute the charge for the service, they refused to waive the charge and gave me a "courtesy" half off. Do NOT use ExperiGreen. The customer service agent refuses to waive the invoice and I am now being forced to pay for a service I never agreed to. What other service just shows up on your property and assumes you will pay for it? Horrible company and they don't care. They just want your money.
