I love this place, pastor Todd is a kind and intelligent man. Born to do the job that he has. Staff has always been friendly as has the congregation. You come here and it feels like home.

Bruce is RUDE. I contacted Providence in August inquiring about reserving the hall for Oct. 16 for my baby shower and was told that they were unsure about the availability of the hall due to the lights being renovated so they would get back to me about it (meaning I did not send my deposit in, because why would I if they are unsure I am able to actually reserve the hall because of this right?). Fast forward to TODAY, Oct. 7 at almost 9 PM (ONE WEEK before my event) I receive a call from Bruce and I explained that I rented a different hall because I did not hear back from the establishment and wasn't sure the status of my application. Bruce proceeded to give me attitude and state, "it would have been nice if you told us when we reserved the date for you" and I tried to explain why I wasn't sure because they told me themselves they would be in contact with me but he decided to cut me off mid-talking and say, "actually you were supposed to send your deposit with your application" (why would I send my deposit if I didn't know if I was going to actually have the hall reserved for me??????) and I started talking again and ONCE AGAIN, BRUCE cut me off saying, "you know what, never mind it's fine" and proceeded to say his good bye. So it's my fault that your establishment lacked communication for MONTHS forcing me to find a different hall and you expect me to still want your hall when you call me at 9 PM ONE WEEK before my event and try to give me attitude? No thanks, I'm glad I did not proceed doing business with you all and you have definitely lost a customer.
