Steak 'n Shake

Life is too short to wait here. Don't go. Often out of things. Sales would go up maybe 30 percent if better managed

I love me some Steak n Shake, but this one sucked. Not a single human to take an order. Kiosks only. When I tried to use the kiosk to order a sandwich and shake, it proved to be impossible. All the shakes were greyed out and could not be selected. I backed out the order and tried to just order a shake. Again, all grayed out. No explanation available. No sign saying there was a problem with the shake machine. Nothing. After 30 minutes of trying, and being deliberately ignored by the few human-like creatures working there, I left and went to Bob Evans. I suggest they rename this place "No Shakes for You".

Good hamburgers for the price. Cute decor. No service... picked up food at counter. Clean and bright

Extremely slow service. Ordering from a kiosk does not help. If you can't find employees, close the business. 30+ minutes to wait for food is unacceptable for a fast food location.

I love Steak n Shake but this location was horrible. I ordered inside to go, I was missing one of my fries and milkshake and got the fries right away by telling the employee. She told me the shake would be out shortly and I proceeded to wait 20 minutes and finally went back up and got handed the milkshake right away so it was just sitting in the kitchen melting. Employees also werent apologetic or friendly at all. Bathrooms were disgusting
