5star plus if I could!!! Excellent customer service.!!!!! I called to check the status on my order and spoke with Dave. He informed me that the rain chain I ordered was on back order and it wouldnt arrive for several weeks. I asked if I could go ahead and cancel my order. He immediately refunded me my money. And when I say immediately I mean within minutes. Great Customer Service is hard to find. Garden Gnomes etc. nailed it! Thank you thank you!
