        Tiffany Fox is the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She always presents all the information clearly and has helped me tremendously in opening+managing my accounts and credit cards. You can tell she has her clients' best interests at heart.         Came in to make a deposit to a business account . I had cash in hand with state ID and deposit slip. I was prepared as I've deposited at this location on numerous occasions. Samantha proceeds to tell me that she cannot take cash on an account that doesn't belong to me. She was swiftly corrected by her colleague. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she proceeds to chat with her colleague mid transaction . Sliding me my receipt and not acknowledging me. I take my receipt and I tell her Thank you and have a nice day. No response.. Showed a lack of professionalism and willingness to be accountable. Made me grateful to not bank with Chase .
