I just recently needed to switch to get my own car insurance which felt daunting and stressful at the time. James was incredibly patient, very personable, and took the time to talk through each step with me. I truly thought the process was going to be incredibly difficult but if anything James made it simple and straightforward. He made sure to ask what my needs were and worked with me to make sure I felt 100% comfortable and secure with the plans I was choosing. I am genuinely excited for my new insurance and perks I have been offered. I could not have asked for a better experience. It is rare to find such amazing customer service and feel very grateful for James!!

We recently switched agents and James has been great to work with. He has correctly some things that we thought were taken care of before. He does a really good job of explaining to us the options that we have so we can make an informed decision on Life Insurance. We did a super convenient meeting virtually. :)

This is a State Farm reviewnot specific to this agent. Quit paying for new roofs on my neighbors homes when everyone knows about the roofer scams: tear off a shingle and write up hail/ storm damage. I paid for replacement of my 20+ year old roof and dont believe its right to pull these scams.
