Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati-N/Sharonville, an IHG Hotel

2:20 am. At a convention with my daughter and we were excited to have a girls weekend. King size suite so we both had space and separate beds as I snore. The room is dirty. There were no bed linens for the dirty pull out couch. The mattress on the couch is thin, dirty and had a spider web. We will be very tense for the upcoming day as we started out in the one bed together and now I am on the couch which is not even long enough to sleep on. Bad back and neck issues, arthritis. I am pissed. I am exhausted. I am disappointed. Oh - and the pool is freezing so even that highlight is eliminated. I just wanted to be able to sleep. Rooms: Dirty, unequipped

My family and I have stayed at multiple Holiday inns and this was by far the worst. The service desk clerk was polite however the room he gave us was filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower/tub had some kind of red ring around it. The AC/heating unit sounded like an old vehicle with a bad engine. My wife looked around the breakfast area and it wasnt clean. There were eggs still in the serving trays (we checked in at 6pm) This made my family extremely uncomfortable. The clerk offered us another room but we asked for a refund instead. Hopefully they'll make some drastic improvements.

THIS HOTEL IS FAR FROM BEING RATED EXCELLENT ON THE IHG APP BUT I WILL GIVE THEM A 2 STAR!!!! The room was clean but the leaks, pool being closed, and the manager reached out and was ok. Offered me a checkout early and I told him no but I am not returning here until things hopefully get fixed. Overall not the IHG experience but I would make this hotel my last resort of picks in town. The Avid in West Chester looked solid but this location had the price and pool but once again. Pool was closed and zero warning online.
