    The owner triggered all the red flags. This is a schesiter shop. The owner got into an argument with our trusted mechanic who he claimed has cost him sales before. Additionally he refused to allow the car off the lot for an inspection. He said we should just trust his word, which is worth nothing. He tried using salesman talk, saying that the car could be sold at an auction for asking price. There was a leak under the car that he refused to fix and wouldn't go down more than $500. He was already charging way too much for a vehicle with 50k miles on it. And to top it off, he wouldn't take a VA check. When I brought up all these points to him he essentially cut off negotiations and kicked us out. RANDY IS A CON ARTIST. NEVER BUY FROM HIM. This guy is a red flag after red flag. Typical sharklike car dealer who is only interested in your money, and couldn't care less if the car is good or not.

    Stopped in to test drive an SUV that caught my eye, after test driving it had a few concerns that I wanted them to look at (mechanical and cosmetic) of course all smiles yeah no problem, came back the next day, we agreed on mechanical issues but cause of that, they couldnt do the cosmetics, I agreed no big deal, test drove it again, decided to buy the vehicle with the agreed terms, ( brakes, cruise control, park assist sensor, blind spot sensors would be fixed and a 2nd key fob) this was on a early Wednesday morning, he said he would set up the repairs and let me know where to take it on Monday, he would be out of the office on Thursday, at this point I had no issue getting a hold of this salesman no issues whatsoever, then it all changed once I signed the paperwork, i have a work truck and work long hours so I didnt drive it again till Friday morning, only 2 days later after buying this vehicle, noticed dome lights flickering, since it was dark out I obviously noticed it right away, (didnt notice it on previous test drives cause it was daytime) tried calling him on his cell phone he wont answer my calls, called the dealership of course no one was in the office but the lady answered the phone said she will let them know shouldnt be an issue, now its Monday morning still havent heard from them, text them at 10am, also explaining the dome light issue, I hear nothing, so I text back at 1:30 they say sorry setting you up now give you details in a few minutes, 5pm ( 3 1/2 hours later) still dont hear from them so text again, did you get it set up? Still No response, now its Tuesday. 11am still hear nothing, so I text when and where am I taking my truck? At this point Im getting very frustrated, They reply an hour later, Thursday morning and where Im taking it, still no response on the dome light issue, so I leave a note for the mechanic for the issues that need fixed, ( that was agreed upon) now its Monday morning finally here back from the mechanic, 8am first thing in the morning, he said the truck is done but were only told to fix the brakes and only the brakes, so now Im texting the dealership again thats been dodging me since they got my money, at 930am why are they only fixing the brakes? are the other repairs getting done somewhere else? I Hear nothing so 230 pm (5 hours later)I text them, you get it figured out yet? They replied and said they should be fixing the cruise control. I called the repair shop, and they said the cruise control is fixed. So now I got my vehicle back. Blind spot sensors still dont work and the dome Lights are still flickering I guess I will fix those myself. Because he insured me when we were going over all repairs that the cruise control, and the other sensors are probably connected with the same problem, well they werent! what a horrible experience! Very unprofessional people I will never buy another vehicle from them and would never recommend anybody to either!
