        I had to replace my phone and I needed her to turn on my "emergency phone". The young lady that waited on me, took out a chip and put it in my other phone. She handed me the phones said nothing to me and got back on her phone. I asked her what I should do next, she said file a claim and handed me a phone number. I told her people had always helped me here because I'm totally clueless about technology. She said we can't help. I asked where another T-Mobile store was at. I left in tears. So, I did go to another T-Mobile store and the young gentleman helped me.(As T-Mobile always had helped me.) I will now go to that store (Conant). I will never go to the Airport store again.

        They couldn't fix my friends phone unless it was from T-mobile. We took it to AT&T. HAD IT DONE IN LESS THAN 10 MINS.
