I would never use this company. Went there 3 times to pick up my sons I pad each time a sign on the door saying sorry we have an employee shortage, they were closed for 2 months. I finally pick the IPad up and this is how they gave it to me. Sorry we recycled the parts because its been 90 days . The customer service was rude and acted like they didnt careless. Mind you we have a $50 a month open line on the I pad. I will file a lawsuit and do everything in my power to shut this place down because they refuse to make it right.

Set up an appointment with Samsung and got a call to further set up my appointment with them. I live an hour plus away and made sure they were open. I got a voicemail to come in and when I did the guy couldn't help me. I showed him my confirmation email and still nothing. What a shame!!!

Middle of the day and the store was closed "due to staffing shortage". This was closed along with all the other ubreakifix locations in the City. This is so unacceptable as they are the only servicer of Verizon insurance claims. Call Verizon and tell them they need to find a new partner for repairs. Try Fixology in the mall.
