I waited from 2nd week of December until beginning of march. It cost over $1000 which I paid half up front. Finally they call to set up a fitting. A few hrs before I was supposed to be there, they call and cancel. Reset it for following week. That day comes 2 hrs before another text cancelling again. So I decide to give it 1 more try. The following weekas I am driving to her salon to finally get this on my head my phone rings and they want to cancel again!!. I said I wanted my money back. I was done. 4 months of wasted time. The most unprofessional treatment I have ever had. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I have been seeing Dawn for about 2 years now and I love love love her. She has been my stylist for what seems like forever. I have alopecia and dawn's skills help me feel more confident in my skin. I respect her as a person. Thanks for making haircuts for people like me so stress free and a very remember-able experience every time.

Poor service. I never would've come here except for the Groupon for a manicure and paraffin wax treatment. The lady at the front desk acted reluctant to accept my Groupon saying I'd already redeemed it although I never been there before. When they finally decided to serve me, there was only one nail tech available and a lack of color options. Also, the technician doing the pedicure was wearing a low cut top which revealed too much. Why would she wear that when she has to constantly bend over? Look at the photos of my nails! You can clearly see the flaws. Very unprofessional! I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews because I was not satisfied, nor would I ever go back there!
