        No customer service. 27 phone calls. And some of the strangest excuses. Completely messed up my life insurance. Given that feeling you're being feed some line. Rachel said she would definitely call me on Friday. She did not.

      Laura I'm so sorry about the outcome of your unusual life insurance request. What was asked for was not something corporate would allow. Unfortunately I did everything in my power to try and accomplish your goal. If it were in my power to change the corporate decision I would have. You must have missed my voice-mail I left on Friday for you with your available options. If you would like to discuss please give me a call at the office.
