I dealt with Kevin and Demetrious. My 16-year-old son signed up for a phone using the T-Mobile app without parental consent. He did not lie about his age, even used his drivers license and social security card. Demetrious wouldn't even listen to me, instead immediately insinuated my son lied about his age, which bothered me and when I said I didn't want to pay the $70 restock fee, he said "ok we're done here" and slid the phone across the table. I had not raised my voice and was nothing but respectful. Then I tried to tell him he didn't know what he was talking about because my son used his real age - and Demetrious started lecturing me on how he has a bachelors and masters degree. Demetrious then left the conversation, and for the whole time we were there waiting for them to cancel the line (after I paid the fee) Demetrious would not even look at me or acknowledge me. I have no idea what T-Mobile is teaching their managers, but Demetrious immediately escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. I also dealt with Kevin, whom I asked, "have you ever heard the term 'the customer is always right?'" He said, "we both know that's not true." Wow. I will never do business with T-Mobile anywhere, and the company should be ashamed of how their employees treat customers. But hey, Demetrious has a masters degree y'all. He's better than us.

I am well into my years as a senior citizen. I wanted to write this review two weeks ago but I ended up with pneumonia. I want to put this review in context of my health so you will appreciate my experience with the store and it's fabulous and boys. I am also a man who has brain cancer. Confusion has become my middle name. The representative I've worked with is Steven AJ who is beyond patient and professional and courteous. I was ready to give up a couple of times because there was some things I could not comprehend with switching from a carrier to a different carrier and he made it simplistic for me to be able to understand the basics. It turned out to be an incredibly smooth transition. I only wish I had done this before because a difference with my coverage and the speed compared to spectrum is phenomenal. I would further ad that I was in my car with my new phone not able to figure out how to get the Bluetooth connected. After struggling for about 15 minutes I went back to the store to see if they could give me directions. Steven said he would come out to the car with me which I did not expect nor ask. He offered. And within 30 seconds everything was connected. This man is the epitome of what a customer seeks for hospitality and understanding and the truest sense of the word of what service is it for any part of any industry. I am grateful.
