Business Voice on hold messages are creative, funny, and full of information. They send me a script; I review it and edit changes needed and they produce it very professionally. So easy. Our customers love the humor and actually enjoy being put on hold! We have had many customers over the years ASK to be put back on hold so they could hear the rest of the joke or message.

We've used Business Voice for over five years to create noteworthy on-hold tracks for our customers to hear. We were tired of recording the same old boring messages, but now we get new messages created three times/year and the creativity and production quality is tops!
