I made an appointment on 12/9/23 for my daughter to get box braids done. The appointment was for 10am. My daughter and I got to the appointment at 9:50am and it was only one lady in there doing nails. I told her I had an appointment and she said ok they should be here soon. By 10:35 the lady doing nails called the lady who was supposed to do my daughter hair to see what was going on. The braider said I never confirmed my appointment through text. I look back at our messages and I did confirm it and it said that she read my confirm message also so I was confused. The (Hair) braider apologized and said that her and her daughter were on their way. They finally showed up at 11:45 AM. I asked if I had to stick around while they do her hair and she told me no. I asked how long do you think it will take roughly she said probably about 4 to 5 hours I said OK perfect thank you my daughter didnt get done until after 11 PM, so it took you 12 hours to do box braids after you was already two hours late And then you charged her 200 for it. This is the most unprofessional place I ever been to. No type of discount no type of next time you come in well do this for you Just nothing. I just dont understand how you can be two hours late to appointment say its only gonna take 5 to 6 hours and end up taking you over 12 hours but we still have to pay the full price. And you also stopped doing her hair to eat lunch Which I understand people have to eat but youre already two hours behind I would not recommend this place to anyone and we will not be returning. The braids did look nice tho
