Direct Auto Sales

I bought a car from this place it only lasted me 1 year and the transmission went out i was told by them if I got it towed back they would help me get into another vehicle when I finally found a way up there they told me I would need close to the same amount as the first down payment on the first car. dont seem like helping me out it just seems like they want me to buy another car from them and act like the first one didn't happen. matt is a very nice guy but his boss isn't really willing to help even though I've always stayed good on my payments i was planning on getting my next car there but probably not now and I wouldn't recommend anyone else goes there if this is how the big boss wants to be

I got sold a bad car ! I didnt even have it for 2 months before it gave out on me ! They wont buy it back nor let me trade it in & theyre giving me a VERY hard time ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HERE AT ALL !!

101% great place to buy never had a problem with them yet.... got three (3) different cars and had no problems at all.... all Completely paid off... and still running good ...
