My Allstate agent is Robert Brown. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I've been with him for a few years. He's available for your questions and never disappointed.

Robert sent me a quote for $20 a month (minimum coverage) after having to talking to him on the phone for at least an hour. As soon as I get my bill I notice it is at 35$ a month. At this point he tried top force me to use Drivewise (GPS tracking) to have the $20 a month he originally promised even though I told him from the beginning I was not interested in using Drivewise. Shortly after that he raised my monthly rate to $50 a month without notifying me.

After a decent experience with Robert Brown II, I had a very disappointing experience with Andy Dietrich. I'm giving 2 stars only because I hate that this review is attached to Mr. Brown. But Andy (who I tried to review independently and works on Mr. Brown's team) tried to fleece me. He wanted to charge me nearly the same premium as I had been paying - but now I had one less car (the one with the highest premium) and one less driver (who is higher risk) on the policy. When his unhelpful advice turned to, "Well, that's just the cost of your risk," I ended the conversation. Nonsense, Andy. I have no accidents, no tickets, excellent credit, and 32 years of driving experience - and I'm staying in the same location with the same company and have had no interruption of coverage. My ex-husband wasn't impressed that you treated him better than you treated me - he's better than that. Shame on you. It's almost comical that after a divorce, it's my insurance agent that's my source of irritation, not my ex. So I took my business to another agent in Allstate, who managed to give me a quote that is over $200 less than yours, for the exact same coverage. See how easy it could have been? Andy is losing you business, Mr. Brown. He almost lost Allstate a customer altogether.
