I had one of my best shopping experiences EVER with Leslie at Gracylane. She helped me put together two Brighton charm bracelets and really wanted me to be absolutely happy with the purchase which, of course, I was. She was so helpful and pleasant, I couldn't have put those together on my own and I absolutely love both of them! Just overall excellent customer service!

I have always walked by this store wanting to go in. Finally decided to go in one day and check out what they had. I was immediately following follow around the store by one of the employees. She followed about 2' away from me at all times just staring and never asked if she could help. I made eye contact with her twice because she was following so close I thought she was going to say something to me. Never smiled. Never said hello. Just blatantly followed me like I was trying to steal something. They will never receive my business.

I was looking for a gift shop. This place is more like a boutique. It was a little pricey for what I was looking for. It was nice inside. Just not a place I would visit again
