First time I walked in the manger was so friendly and helpful with any questions I had especially since this was my first apartment. She showed me three different styles single bedroom apartments, what I really loved about the apartments if they all had good parking space, also, I love nature and theres so much land for you to go outside and feel connected to earth. I actually end up meeting some lifelong friends which are my neighbors. Community is important and I would definitely say the community are very welcoming. The apartment is always hosting something for the residence even the children. I love that I was able to apply in person and also get that 1.01 with a manager to get help with the application. They got back with me about a week approving my application. Move in was simple and they did clean my apartment before I moved in. Since living there, I have honestly had no problems and Im just glad I got lucky with a amazing apartment.

As a contractor my perspective is more on the business side of things but from what I see, things are much better. We have been doing make readies for a year now. Was rough at first but coming in to them just acquiring the property as we were a fresh start company. Now, after building relationships with the staff on site and corporate, Im going to suggest a lot of people to move in simply because of our experience as contractors. Vesta is an aggressive company that takes over and immediately flips units. Love it.
