I initially was happy with the responsiveness of this business. They sent a lovely arrangement to my best friend in a timely manner. They even called because there seemed to be some issue with my credit information going through. However, I was charged twice for this arrangement. I have called them and left messages but have gotten no response regarding this mistake. I am only writing this negative review in hopes that they will see this and finally respond to me. If they get this straightened then I will say that they are a good option for flowers in Norman.

I have delivered flowers and greenery to to Laura's shops for the past 15 years. She is a fabulous designer and a wonderful flower shop owner.

In response to the review left by Pat Bowen I wanted to say that the arrangement was delivered to the location of the funeral. We have been in contact with the customer and the funeral home and with that being said we have offered to refund their money in full. Please accept our apologies. We strive to make our customers happy. We're more than happy to fix an issue if we're made aware of them.
