We checked in because I had Wyndham Rewards. I have never stayed at such a disgusting hotel. There were body fluids and lubricant in the sheets, the floor was sticky, the place was covered in cobb webs, the sofa was disgusting. I called and the lady at the front desk acted like it was normal for people to cancel. When I went to the front to get the cancelation receipt another lady came up to cancel, she had cockroaches and bleed stains in her bedding. How they can maintain being a Wyndham affiliated hotel is beyond me. Best Western down the road got my business tonight!

Terrible. Had bed bugs. 3rd party or hotel didn't want to do a refund.

NEVER AGAIN! I requested non smoking and ask no pet. The room was musty smoky and had pet hair. Te carpet was wet in front of the fridge. The sheets were worn thin. The room was dirty with dead crickets and hair. Hair and dust on the hair dryer cord so I didn't even touch that! I used my own pillow and blanket. Major over all creepy feeling. I called to let them know there was no hot water and they were supposed to call me to fix it a 8 am and never did. The guy next door let his big dig out barking at some scared person in the middle of the night, then I could hear him cussing a the dog very loud and terrible language over and over! When I checked out you could hardly communicate because of the thick glass. But the guy didn't seem to care about any complaints never again
