this is one of the best hotels ive stayed in across the country my kids love it here they have a friendly and courteous staff that made me feel very welcome

A friend and I stayed here at the being of July, she had booked our two night stay on the best western website and had prepaid our stay. Upon checking in they informed her that she would new a new card on file in which they would put a $95 hold on the card that would cover any long distant calls, any damages that may have been done to the room, and for loss of any items out of the room and that when we checkout the hold would be lifted off the card and would never be charged. We were lied to, when we went to checkout the card that was given to them upon check in, had been charged for the two night stay. Which had been prepaid before we arrived to the Hotel. After waiting for 2 hours for the GM to get out of the shower we were told that the unauthorized charge would be credited back to the card account. They followed through with this credit, but 10 days later they charged the card again for the two night stay unauthorized. I have called 4 times today to speak to the GM but he seems to never be there when I call. I'm told that he has no set hours and that he just comes and goes as he pleases. The corporate office was also called about this and they told me that they could do nothing for me and would have to deal with the property we stayed at. There answer to not being able to help was that they do not have access to any transactions that are done at any best western property. This is BS. I will never recommend anybody to stay at a best western hotel as they seem to let there properties get away with fraudulent charges on peoples accounts and don't want to help them.

Stayed here for one night and nice experience. Room had a couch and very comfortable bed. Internet access was strong, reliable and fast. Nice breakfast with good choices.

This hotel is best considering the price I have paid...I really like the staff there and a special mention to Front desk people!!
