I was not impressed with the customer service. We purchased a suit for my son and we were told the suit will be ready next week for pickup. I assumed we would get a phone call or text but nothing. So I tried to call several times to speak to someone. Never got anyone on the phone. No matter what time I called. I left several voice messages. No one return my calls. I even send a message on Instagram. Which was answered today. So I drove from Choctaw to Norman on a busy Monday afternoon with all the traffic not even known if the suit was ready or not. Thats poor customer service to me. Let your customer know when the item that you purchased is ready

This place is amazing I was in need of a fresh suit for a daddy daughter dance and the man suited me up real nice with no problems. They have a great selection of bow ties, pocket squares, shoes, belts, suits and ect. I would definitely recommend going here for a Fresh clean look! Thank you very much Mahdi for the great customer service will be back

I bought 2suits few months ago I paid over $400.00 for the two suites. Less than a month later the pants after cleaning once started to fall apart. I took the suites back for an exchange or refund. I was told the suites could NOT be exchanged or could be refundable !!! The people who owns this store are scammers and dishonest please go somewhere else!!
