CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company

I did not have a good experience with this company because of a lady named Ramona Cossey. I rented a house 10 years ago and within the first week I got a call at work from this lady jumping down my throat accusing me of having a dog because of a neighbors dog that had come through a hole in the fence that wasn't fixed when I moved in and was never fixed. Also when I moved in the breakerbox had a bad fuse that ended up messing up my new dryer and I had to buy a new one at my own expense. The house had been remodeled and the water heater wasn't inspected by the City. The "granite" countertop on the first day I moved in got a white spot from water getting on it and upon move out I was charged hundreds of dollars to repair this "granite" but it wasn't real granite. It was painted black to look like granite! She sent me to collections for refusing to pay this so I eventually settled with collections paying them over $700 and so many years later this woman is still giving me a bad landlord review. I've never had a bad landlord review in all of my life until dealing with her and I haven't had once since. I would stay away from this company just because of her! She acts like she's some kind of Christian missionary but she is not a good person and doesn't care about people!

I have rented a home through this agency for the past three years. Ramona is the best of the best! All of our home needs and concerns were addressed very quickly, and we often had same-day maintenance performed whenever things stopped working. Would recommend!
