        No manager in this store. I purchased Birkenstocks. Joseph went to the back and got both shoes for me. Instead gave me cheap Luofu Tikes looks very similar to Birkenstocks. And sold them to me on fake pretense. I tried to return them as I didnt notice. He said I gave you Birkenstocks. You or someone else swapped them. He is the only one who touched them besides me. Same time another lady walks in who purchased 6 pairs of shoes and only got home w 4. This store has issues. I have contacted corporate. Only a voice mail or email. No return yet. Im upset. Fraud in this store. When asked to look at camera footage he said we dont have access.
