        Multiple experiences where the male staff are not helpful. Had an issue last year trying to buy a bike for my son. Couldn't get two employees to get off their phones long enough to help me. Had an issue today while trying to buy ski pants. One female employee was incredibly helpful only to have a male employee approach me at the same time saying that the store was closing. I literally had a pair of pants in my hand and he was not privy to a conversation I had with the female employee about how I had enough time to finish my purchase.

        The two men working tonight 03/04/2024 (I didnt catch the names) went way above and beyond with helping me today. The customer service was great. Thank you guys for also helping me with that pallet jack! If i ever need anything, i know where i am going.
