    Me and my roommate had our vehicles and Apartment broke into on multiple occasions. Currently locked in a lease but we'll see how things go within this next year. The office staff can't really do nothing, the OKCPD Sante Fe division are lazy and isn't any help and there is no true on property security or security measures in place here. We are also NOT the only ones who deal with this on property

    Great place to start out and build. Nothin fancy, however it's not rundown, it provides a nice balance of urban life convenience without loads of traffic.

    I'm going to preface this review by saying most of these issues I understand to be the fault of poor management of Carlsbad Properties, and not the fault of the office staff, who are the redeeming two stars because they work very hard to keep residents happy in spite of poor policies implemented by upper management. Mandy and the lovely community she's worked to build here are the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. This said - rent is raised $20/month or more with every lease renewal, but the money is NOT put back into the apartment complex. In the 4 years I have lived here, I have had my car stolen twice, broken into 3 times, my neighbors have had their license plate and car stolen, and one neighbor had all of his plants stolen from his front porch. I also had a homeless guy pull a knife on me bc I spooked him when he was dumpster diving....at 9pm. Despite the MANY complaints of poor security by residents, they absolutely refuse to get 24 hour security patrol OR install cameras on property. The laundry room is a true gamble of which machines will eat your money and which will work. Despite this, they refuse to change companies. The property is actively deteriorating with rot on the siding, frequent plumbing issues/water leaks, and some roofing issues in some places. The pool is only open 1/3 of the time in the summer, and we are rarely warned about closings. Instead of fixing any of these major quality of living issues- they painted the laundry room and installed ring cameras inside only. Mandy, the maintenance team, and the office staff do their best with these conditions to keep residents happy, but be warned - you may want to avoid Carlsbad properties in general.

    The reason why it's not a 5 star is because they have bug in the apt and they don't even have a lock in the bathroom and they don't even clean their pool good and they always have excuses to close the pool area

    The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of cosmetics. The roof fell twice in my guest bathroom, never used the drawers because they were do messy and goo was coming out of the kitchen floor. I paid someone to clean the apartment when I moved out and it was cleaner than when I moved in but they still kept $75 for cleaning fee. Overall experience was great! Management was amazing and friendly. They responded to work orders and it was easy to communicate things with their team without being given the run around. Rent was also a great price for the location.
