Brentwood Terrace Apartments

HBT is the best place to live. Wonderful community, landlord, location, and people. The apartments are charming and well preserved. This was the best place to call home.

One of the best places to live in OKC. Very affordable for such a great area. Coffee shops and restaurants are at a walking distance. Also next to some great parks to enjoy a nice morning or afternoon stroll. Its very central to the hospital districts with I35 easily accessible for those doing clinical. Downtown OKC is also very close. These apartments have historic charm with gorgeous wood floors and I was lucky enough to have 10 windows allowing lots of natural light and fresh air in. Theres a cute garden area everyone is welcome to use as well as a grilling area. Parking was never a nightmare and my things were always safe in our gated parking lot and apartments. I never had any of my packages go missing. Jerry is a wonderful landlord and I only had to move out due to finishing school. In the end, I received most of my deposit back and even a return for moving out a little early.

I loved the years I spent here! Very cozy, great community, amazing location, and the very best manager! Jerry is so attentive and caring. The few times I had a maintenance request, it was fixed in less than 24 hours. If you love historic buildings, caring community, and being in walking distance of restaurants and shops, this is a great spot for you! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Best renting experience Ive ever had. Lived here 4 years. Maintenance is always quick and effective. Landlord is very kind and communicative of whatever may be going on. Not to mention, apartments themselves are very aesthetically pleasing and have great natural light.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Brentwood Terrace Apartment. I lived for a year in a half and Jerry is phenomenal! Best place in OKC
