        ****Not sure why I cant share my photos of everything. I am SO HAPPY that my lease is up in November. Ive experienced so many problems in the 2 years Ive lived here. List of problems: My roof caught on fire due to faulty fireplaces (no fireplace inspections happened before I moved in or after the fire) Floods and leaks due to old/fragile pipes Mold due to floods and leaks Mice and roaches Property manager (not sure of her name) the brief interactions Ive had with her have been more negative than positive. A major issue: no reimbursement/credit for having to move for almost a month due to electrical issues from JANUARY 2023(couldnt turn on a light without the switch automatically shutting off the electricity in the entire apartment) I should add I worked from home and had my newborn and toddler 24/7. PROS: ***Gary!!! He seems to be the only maintenance man assigned to the property. He is so sweet and tries to get to every issue he can throughout the day. He also makes sure outside contractors do their jobs quickly and efficiently. You can tell he moves from one maintenance issue to the next with no breaks. Hes truly great! ^Lee: I just met him due to an emergency maintenance issue. He was so quick to get here, explained what happened, and what he would do to fix it. ***Bridgette Since her first day shes been trying to turn the apartment complex around for the best. She listens to your concerns and tries diligently to fix them. She genuinely cares about the issues that people are having. Shes been trying to help me with the continuous issues Ive been having, especially regarding my issue in January. If it werent for them and Alexandria (office manager prior to Bridgette) I wouldve left a long time ago. They can only do so much though. They honestly deserve the best raise possible. Unfortunately, due to no cooperation from upper management and constant maintenance issues, I wont be renewing. This review is just insight on what I personally dealt with.
