To Future Residents of APT 823 here's photos of mold from the unit. Since the company is less than honest about the condition of the unit (from my OWN personal experience) I wanted to post this.. Now, let's talk about the mold issue in the apartment. From the first day in the apartment I noticed the mold smell but of course Tara gaslit me and didnt want to fix the issue. I was sick due to the mold in the building. It literally took from October 10th 2022 to the end of February 2023 to get anything done with the mold. A company was called to clean the vents but it was so awful that they ended up having to call another company to come out and clean the mold. I addressed these issues with Tara Pierce and in her email replies she completely ignored the mold issues WHICH IS VERY CONCERNING!! They just paint over issues hoping they go away. Tara Pierce will gaslight you and lie to you at any given moment. She's less than transparent and this made me question everything. Due to Tara Pierce and the issues I had with her I ended up contacting corporate and speaking with Davi Miesner. Also be aware that you have to pay for water and trash twice. You also have to pay a resident fee as well. Be aware of lots of hidden fees! Be aware that the emergency maintenance line isn't available during emergencies. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. There's also a dog that barks non stop so be prepared to deal with this issue as well. Also be aware of the garage C2 it had lots of maintenance issues and you will still have to pay for your garage even though it's broken. Good luck with this company and the lack of transparency and lots of gaslighting!! Beware of fake five star reviews. I'm sure it's the company doing it. Update response to Spencer.... 4/26/2023 Yes, I have been in contact with corporate about this mold. However, I am fully within my rights to post an honest review. I also feel like it's my responsibility to make it publicly known that you guys lease apartments with mold in them. Since I was lied to by the company, I feel like something should be said! Their cameras dont even work !!! They let people steal your cars that live in the complex and dont do nothing!! Worst apartments Ive ever lived in

Dont get me wrong nice apartments wouldnt recommend living here unless you want your upstairs neighbor stalking you and coming outside with a bat and the office not do anything
