If I could give negative stars I would. The onsite staff themselves are very nice people. They do as much work as they can within the confines given to them. They are all new. That being said: I'm currently waiting 8 months for a return call from the regional manager Ryan. My stove was broken from 5/17/22 until it was finally fixed (thanks to the on site staff) last week 3/15/23. Last Sept. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for any of the money I've spent out of pocket b/c of having to eat out. Cause ya, kinda gotta have food to live. I was told no. When I pushed back and called corporate, I was told, I'd get a return call. I'm still waiting. (Very short version of this matter) Last Monday 3/13/23, I came home from a weekend trip and found standing water in my bedroom. I called the emergency line and Sergio came out, along with a gentlemen from the carpet company. After seeing how bad the flooding was, Sergio called out our maintenance supervisor Red. They were able to find the cause of the flooding and turn off the water. It was found that the empty apartment next door had a sewage back up that had caused my bedroom and my mother's bedroom to flood. My bedroom was flooded almost to my door, the entire floors for both my closet and bathroom were flooded as well. My mother's room didn't flood as bad thankfully. Since the issue was found out Red left. (Totally fine that he did.) Sergio and the gentleman from the carpet company worked on getting the SEWAGE water cleaned up and pulled the pad's out of both bedrooms. They both helped me move furniture in my mother's room. A dehumidifier was brought in along with several fans. They worked very hard to make sure my mother's room was as safe as it could be. My mother is a bilateral amputee. A consistent surface is essential for her safety. There was so much water in my bedroom that the carpet guys had to come out and pull up more water the next day. My bedroom smelled so badly that I wasn't able to sleep in it. We have been fighting to get the RAW SEWAGE water soaked carpets removed from the apartment. When we asked last week why we couldn't just pull them out, we were told that the carpets might be salvageable, so we had to wait and see. The carpet guys came out yesterday and put new padding down under the RAW SEWAGE WATER carpets. They did something else in the bedrooms that took about 2 minutes per room and then left. When we called and asked why they were putting down the SAME carpet we were told that Ryan had to review the issue and ok for the carpets to be replaced. I was informed that Ryan had been out of the office ( he's apparently been out for 8+ months) last week but was accessible by phone yesterday. Today when we called we were told they have closed out the ticket b/c the carpets had been cleaned. So, unless you want to live with URINE and FECES water in your carpet. I'd live somewhere else. (I'm leaving.) If you read all the other negative reviews and still move in, I'd avoid 7130 Wedgewood Circle.

Went to look at a unit this morning and had a great experience. The unit was exactly what I wanted and the manager was absolutely fantastic. Really looking forward to moving here!

This complex left me homeless in 2019 when they promised me a certain move in date just to find out the morning of that my unit would not be ready. I was moving from a different city so I had nowhere to go. I would call every day to get updated on when my unit would be ready just to be met with lies and excuses. I even recall one Friday where I called, hoping I could move in over the weekend, and they told me they hadnt done their walkthrough yet to inspect the unit and see if its ready and they couldnt because it was raining outside and of course they were closed over the weekend so I had a ton of fun sleeping in my vehicle with all of my belongings and my cat. I am only giving these people the second star because I honestly want to thank them for pushing my move in date so many times i opted to go with another, and even better apartment/townhome/condo complex. So thanks for that.

My girlfriend moved out of their complex Wedgewood Village at the beginning of October. At the beginning of December she received a collections letter stating she owed $1600.00 due to failure to report she would not be renewing her lease. We have proof she emailed Wedgewood 30 days prior to her move out date she would not be renewing. Not only that she told several staff members in person multiple times she would not be renewing. She was told on each occasion that it was marked in her profile and that she would not owe anything other than the extra water and electric for the few days in October her lease was active. Not only has Vesta Realty incorrectly charged her $1,600; no one from the property or the property management company attempted to reach out and collect on such "debt". Instead they did NOTHING and sent it straight to collections. Not one letter or phone call, which is funny because the collections company had my address and her number, which they stated they received from Vesta upon obtaining the "debt". Since mid-December when we received the "debt" I have called Vesta 6 times. Several times I was told someone would be with me same day and would get a call back. I have never received a call back and no one with in this company seems to be able to pick up a phone. Vesta Reality is a joke of a company and I will forever recommend no one rents from these fools. They will make up a false debt, sell it to a collections agency and never answer your calls when trying to obtain proof of debt. Not only did they state she owed the 1,600 in "debt" some how the deposit she had made wasn't returned to us nor was it applied against said fake "debt". I will be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Consumer Protection agency with The Oklahoma General Attorney's Office. Hopefully they will eventually respond, but I don't expect much from them at this point. The lease is under Kena P if anyone is interested in rectifying this issue. We have called the property 1.23 @ 10am and 3:30pm. Both times we left a voicemail and no one returned our call. We called again 1.24 10 am and 3pm. Someone finally picked up, but we were told she was not able to help us as the person with computer access was out of the office and would return our call same day. Our call was not returned. I sent an email in the afternoon of 1.25.23, but have not received a reply as of this morning.
