        The Capitol on 28th is a great property! The location is close to downtown and to OU health. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is clean and the maintenance fixes things quickly and correct. I am very pleased

        I moved into this apartment nearly three months ago, and I immediately noticed the worn and torn flooring. I promptly raised this concern with the management during my move-in. However, since then, I have been continuously shuttling back and forth to the leasing office. Each time I visit, I am provided with a new excuse, such as the manager's unavailability or the contractor's unavailability. I would strongly advise against considering this apartment for anyone in the future.

        The grounds at Capitol on 28th are always so well kept, the maintenance crew, Derek R. And Steve C. Are ALWAYS on top of trash removal and keeping the dog poo picked up. The other day when my car had a flat Derek was heading to his lunch but had noticed me struggling to change the tire and ran right over, tools in hand to help me out. It wasn't even his job nor was he asked. But Goodness I appreciate him And all he does! CAPITOL ON 28th has the best and most helpful team ever!
