Great Credit Union! They quickly responded to my new auto loan application I filled out online and they offered me an awesome interest rate. The whole process from start to finish was easy!

I was leaseing a vehicle and went into chapter 13 bankruptcy. At the advise of my attorney 4 years into the bankruptcy to let my bankruptcy expire. After it expired, I reconciled my debt with three of four collectors. Use credit union was the only business that didn't attempt to contact me or work with me, and came like a thief in the night and repossessed my vehicle without giving me the opportunity to surrender it or even have a conversation about what needs to be done to keep it. I would never do business with a company like this and I advise you to do you background before you make an agreement with USE. By the way the repo company drug the car about 50 feet while it was in park. Which we dont know what damage was done to the transmission.

Bad experience.....manager did what I wanted but after 2 years of cashing my checks there said I could not cash checks there anymore.Said her employees were not following protocol by cashing check.
