Chase Bank

These guys are clueless and have no idea what is going on. Went in with my mom to set up a checking account on Friday and no one could help us. Scheduled an appointment for today at 1:00 pm and the banker we were scheduled with turned out to be on vacation. The gentleman trying to help us said, communication there wasnt the best. And, boy was he right. Good thing theres a bank every five feet in Oklahoma. We just drove street to the next one. Too bad Chase.

Ive been a devout customer of Chase bank for 18 years. I have 4 business accounts as well as 2 personal. We run around 3 million a year though these accounts. Recently they have been putting holds on certain checks we deposit causing our accounts to be overdrawn and even though the customers who write the checks provide us with proof its been deducted and drawn on their accounts. Ive called our local branch 20 times in the past few days left 5 messages to call me and no one will return my call. Im pulling all my accounts as well as loans and moving to Simmons Bank.
