    (Note read attached addendum below) I have unfortunately had a repeated negative experience. I took delivery of my black rubicon gladiator and brought it in freshly detailed from delivery for a warn platinum winch, a metal cloak game changer lift , bead lock wheels and 37s. I gave half down on a $16,000 job and asked that they please keep it inside and clean. I was assured that they would. I returned to find it had bird poop on it and had been rained on and parked in the mud. The interior driver side door sill was also scuffed up. I called later to explain that I didnt appreciate this and asked that they take better care of it next time. I was assured that they would. The vehicle was detailed yet again. Fast forward a few months and I choose to regear it and put in new axles as it was getting around 9mpg after going from 34 inch tires to 37s.. I pay half down on a 6k job and am told that it would be available for pickup on the 23rd. I asked if they were sure this day would work as I have an inconsistent work schedule and may not be able to pick it up later. I asked them to please keep it inside and clean. I was told through text message that the vehicle would be kept inside and warm. I eventually am contacted and told that they are missing a part they ordered and they could use a used part from my current axles but they would charge me extra labor to do so. I explained that I wasnt paying extra for someone elses mistake. On the 26th of December they let me know that the vehicle was done and that I could pick it up. I was told to drive the vehicle very gently so that it could break in the gears with a proper wear cycle. I came to pick it up and found the vehicle sprayed in mud all the way up the mirrors, to the tail lights. When I asked why this happened if they kept it indoors and warm as they promised they would. They then tell me they actually only kept it indoors at night despite the inside and warm claim. They said that I could bring it back when I get back from my work trip in a few weeks and and after I have time to start putting in the 500 mile wear to have it detailed. So I guess maybe close to a month from now I can have the mud removed from what was a detailed vehicle yet again or just fix their problem myself. I guess I just need to get use the idea that despite repeatedly asking them to take care Of my vehicle and being reassured that they would along with over $20,000 in work done I guess I just need to expect that any detail work that is done before it is delivered to them is going to come back trashed. At this point I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. Addendum~ after this review Mike reached out regarding my experience and offered to have the vehicle cleaned and discussed the matter with employees at this shop since then I have had additional work performed and have been happy with the results. Sometimes mistakes do happen and sometimes communication between employees and management isnt always as efficient as we all hope but they did come through and address my past negative experiences in a professional manner.

Alex and I have spoken about this issue. The Sales person on this job did not let the techs know that this customer did not want his vehicle to be returned dirty. After the gear Job we always put 10 miles on the vehicle and when the tech was driving it he went through a water puddle, there is a video of the Jeep on a lift and you can see it was perfectly clean. When Alex picked up and we had learned of the issue we told Alex we would do a complete detail when he brought it back for the 500 mile check up. After seeing the review I called Alex and we had a lengthy but good conversation and I believe we have resolved the issue and after his 500 mile check up hopefully he will see we are good to our word. Here at Off-road Addiction we take responsibility when we have issue and customers are honest with us. We apologize again over the dirtiness of the vehicle but glad you were happy with the work we did.
