    The sales experience was excellent, but the actually delivery left much to be desired. Ashley was knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful during the sales process. Unfortunately, the actual project was not the best experience. While the crews did a good job on the flooring itself, the tile crew left a terrible mess of the yard, my driveway and sidewalk. I found numerous razor blades in the drive, mortar smears and stains all over the drive and sidewalk and mortar on my cabinets which will result in me sanding and repainting. Not to mention trash all over my front yard that I had to clean up. Oh, and let's not forget the two holes they punched in my walls that the crew tried to avoid owning up to. Ashley did offer to repair, but I did it on my own. Another miscommunication was that I did not realize that I was responsible for reinstalling the toilets. Their crew took them out, but would not put them back in. I had thought I was told "we'll get a plumber to put them back in" but it was actually "YOU'LL need a plumber to put them back in". Miscommunication. However, I find it unprofessional to not just make that a turnkey part of the install. Put a line item on the quote and just make it happen. For nearly $30k, I shouldn't have to hire a 3rd party to finish the job. The carpet crew showed up and complained incessantly about not wanting to move furniture and not having the right materials and not being given the right information. They were so upset, I actually asked them to leave. He calmed down and promised he'd do a good job and I was lucky they sent him "cause you really don't want the other guy." They ended up helping with some furniture that day, but I ended up tearing down and moving the big pieces myself so they would have completely open rooms the next day, despite being told I would not have to. To be fair...they did do a good job. At the end of the project, I communicated that the balance of the insurance settlement was coming in and I could either pay by credit card or wait for the insurance so I could pay cash. I was told they would wait for the cash (avoid the CC fee). I then got a call from the store requesting payment. In the background, I could hear the manager or owner complaining very vocally that I should have paid 2 days earlier. His attitude caught me off guard and I asked for him to speak up. I don't think he realized I could hear him, but he got on speaker phone and agreed to just take the CC over the phone, which I gladly did. Bottom line, the end product turned out good. But, if I have to do flooring again, I will undoubtedly turn elsewhere. Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Flooring
