I was truly ok till I walked down for the breakfast buffet that was NOT a buffet at all. The 3 warmers on the table were not appealing with the 8 strips of bacon, 2 spoons full of egg, handful of potatoes, and stiff oatmeal at the bottom of the pot. If I'm going to pay $14 Dollars for a breakfast buffet, I need it to be worth the money in being charged. Ridiculous and Unacceptable, and not good business. I've received better complimentary breakfast at other Hilton properties with a waffle iron, pancake machine, full warmers of bacon, egg, and sausages, oatmeal, fruit and a server manning the breakfast setup the whole time it was offered. This is definitely my first and last time at this location. Food & drinks: Doesn't match the advertised quality

I'm so disappointed. I always stay with Hilton, but this was my worst experience. The staff up front were great, but the room was horrible. 1st - the walls are so thin, we could hear everything from the neighbors, even the bathroom sounds. You could hear the baby upstairs crying all night. 2nd - the bed was hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. 3rd - not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. There is no lock. 4th - What happened to the free breakfast? As much as we paid, we should get one. Honestly, I would have been better at staying at the best Western next door.

Similar to other reviews, I stood at the counter on arrival and just waited for the 2 attendants to acknowledge my presence. The lobby is nice and inviting, but when I got to my room I noticed a very strong smell of ....cleaning supplies? Not even sure. Room was clean, but the strange smell was overwhelming at first. So much so, when I got back home the next day my clothes smelled like the hotel room. Breakfast is not complimentary.... $10. Not obvious on their website. Nothing else was wrong with the place, but that experience wasn't worth $120. Granted, I could have complained about the smell and asked for another room....but I was tired and just went to sleep....so it wasn't "that" bad.... but not good enough to stay there again.
