Ok stay. Breakfast is all right. Good wifi. The elevator broke down so I had to climb on the 4th floor, water in the bath tub stays and it needs to be clean. I'm disappointed...I am a Diamond Member of Choice Hotels and I'll look to stay somewhere else next time I'm in OKC.

The lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. In the 1st room, the TV didn't work and neither did the lights. All the kids that played in the pool got!! I wasn't impressed with the hotel!

Im a business customer thats a diamond member. Ive been using primarily choice hotels for 15 years. This is my first time committing on anything much less a hotel experience. I booked two rooms for my crew that was traveling. I called ahead of the reservation to confirm they had trailer parking and CC authorization forms. I typically and always have booked the reservations on the Choice app put on the comments who is going to be checking in with their names. I send the crew with the credit card at the room for purchase with and then they send a credit card authorization form to accept the credit card, in this case, the employee said they do have credit card authorization forms so I booked everything online like typical the guys traveled there took 10 hours got there at 2 AM in the morning just to get refused from the employee saying that they cannot use that credit card and if we are going to do a credit card authorization form, it needs to be 48 hours in advance. Allegedly they noticed the reservation earlier in the day asked for approval from the manager the manager declined, and they did not call me to give me a heads up, so at 2 AM in the morning they sent my sleep deprived employees out and they ran my credit card Payment. I called the next morning talk to the franchise owner/manager. He refused to give me the money back so apparently they have no integrity and employees are not trained with their business policies. By the way the guys checking in had the same last name of whats in the CC. Hopefully if anyone really believes in integrity they will not stay and help fund this establishment

David was a big help. His professionalism was noticed. He made my stay there a step above. Price was good and easy drive to many places. Thanks again! Noteworthy details: Room was great, so was the wifi .
