        Ive been staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton for 2-half weeks for work & Im here for another week & a half & possibly for months. On April 1st my truck was broken into. They busted out the drivers window & grabbed my keys to all the pad locks on my truck & some of my medication that was in my center console. If it wasnt for Pam the night security that drives around the parking lot, they would have gotten a lot more. I dont always sleep through the night & my dog travels with me & I have walked my dog at all hours of the night, 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, ect. And I have always seen Pam out driving around the parking lot, she definitely does a good job, but for as large as these 2 parking lots are & as many homeless people walk on the trail & river boat stop next to the hotel. Pam should have another person that works with her. I learned her name, the night they broke into my truck. My car lock alarm went off at 2:47am on 4/1/24 & within 5 mins the hotel was calling my room to inform me that my truck was broken into. As for the rooms, they are very nice & the beds are definitely comfortable. They are animal friendly. Hotel staff has been great. Jamal & Sashi that work the front desk go above and beyond.

        Staying here for three weeks and must say that two employees stand out and have made this an absolute awesome experience. First is Tony the morning greeter, breakfast, coffee and all around great person... guy. It is evident that Tony loves his job and the people he serves so well every morning. I always look forward to his helpful and bright disposition every morning. Tony is a valued employee and a fine gentleman. Second, and not in particular order, is Jamal. He greeted me at check-in with a smile and helpfulness that is rare in the service industry these days. An absolute gentleman, who has made this stay very enjoyable with his friendly attention to his guests details. Both of these individuals have made this stay in OKC an enjoyable experience.

        Pretty good stay overall the people are nice. Rooms are good. 1 big bug in the room. Little water damage on the wall near the floor in the bathroom. Coffee cups ran out at breakfast and took a little bit of me standing at the counter before anyone came to it, during breakfast hours help seemed to be hiding.
