Tru by Hilton Oklahoma City NW Expressway

It was a small, but cozy room with very comfy beds. The Customer Service was on point as everyone greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed to care. Noteworthy details: It's a very comfortable environment. The lobby is inviting and includes a variety of places to lounge.

I used to love it now not so much. The mattress was horrible and ghetto so is the parking. Nobody is ever at the front desk at night it's hit and miss. The location is good which is why i chose it so many times. The kids were out of control til midnight when me and others called about the noise from top to bottom. 1. The rooms are extremely small. Nothing like the pictures online. I can't say you get what you pay for because what they charge that's outrageous too. 2. The bed is just one big spring. 3. There's no smoking which I'm all for that but they allow cooking (yes I asked because a guest was actually doing ths) like an actual hot plate, air fryer, 4 course meal cooking I don't even recommend this hotel in a pinch.
