    The staff was not welcoming at all, if not to say rude. One of the reasons we booked this expensive hotel was because my kids wanted to use the pool, just to be informed when we arrived, that the pool is closed for renovation... Then I was told that there is no parking for the customers 'because it is Bricktown here'. I don't care what the heck is 'Bricktown', I'm not paying an extra $30 for valet parking when I'm already paying a lot for that room!! And the final drop: we went down for breakfast at 9:10 just to be informed that the breakfast ends at 9:00!! Who does that? Most of the hotels serve breakfast until 9:30, what's the rush? Stay away from this hotel and Bricktown in general, it's not worth it!

    The staff were very nice. Room and mattress were comfortable. Thats the end of the good stuff! I could hear my neighbors TV at night through the thin walls. I dont know what people who said the breakfast was good were smoking. The breakfast was the worst free one Ive ever had and I dont expect much of free hotel breakfast. Few items, including powdered eggs, turkey sausage that tasted awful, and no pancake or waffle maker. I can be a cheapskate, but I ended up buying my own breakfast the next days that I stayed there. It sucked that I had to go outside in bad weather to the AC Hotel to use the gym which was dinky anyway. The valets were nice & quick and I was glad I used a park-and-stay rate. I think theyre getting rid of that which would make the valet expensive but I hear thats typical of downtown OKC.

    There are things I loved about this hotel and several things I really did not like. The things I loved about the hotel where the nice comfortable room with a comfortable bed. The room was clean. The staff were very nice. Now for the things I dont like. The breakfast in the morning was gross. Powdered eggs! Very lousy breakfast. The other thing I like was that you had to pay basically for valet for a three star hotel. I really dont understand. Location is convenient to lots of great dining options. And very convenient to the highway. Rooms: The room was nice and comfortable with a nice bed. The bathroom was well equipped. Overall, the room is very nice. My only complaint about the room was the noise. I could hear everything from the neighbors TV. Nearby activities: Lots of great dining options within walking distance
