This hotel was terrible. I was afraid I was to be robbed and mugged whenever I arrived. Homeless people were running around in the parking lot and I was afraid to even stay at this location. Although the hotel was great, and the photos are great, and I had a good experience besides this. The reviews regarding peoples cars being broken has been unsolved as I am not sure if peoples cars has been broken, but I wouldnt be surprised as the homeless people were running around and were suspicious for the activity they were committing. I wouldnt be surprised if they were smoking weed or like some substance or drinking alcohol or something but besides this, Im gonna get to the point. The people at the front desk who checked me and were great and gave me my room key without hesitation. The room was pretty clean. I saw a few roaches and bedbugs. There were some holes in the sheets as well as blankets. There was some mold around the shower not that much like certainly the pressure was OK for this hotel. It took a minute to warm up and the heat went out very quick. The Internet was pretty bad the upload downloading speech were quite bad and took a while to load things while I was browsing the web. The housekeeping and staff were kind of rude, but they were OK for this hotel. I wouldnt consider staying here putting these factors into place consider the other reviews before staying at this place. Even a days in and local hotels are better than this place consider the factor of the homeless running around and breaking into peoples cars as stated on other previous reviews. Keep this in mind before placing a reservation at this resort.
