We adore staying at this hotel Everytime we're in OKC. They've been the friendliest, kindest hotel staff we have met in our extensive travels. The rooms are very clean and comfy, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic as always and plenty to choose from! The bar was very pleasant as well and we enjoyed the little time we stayed in the bar area.

I loved this hotel they were so accommodating the kids loved the pool great area to hang out in the evening outside with fire pits that they will light at your request there is a happy hour as well as a wonderful breakfast buffet and made to order waffles pancakes and eggs . The 2 working the eggs and pancake area were slammed but you would never know it they were so fun and friendly . Staff was nice and the atmosphere was great will def go back there and stay. One last thing and
The women that read this will understand lol I LOVED the bathroom mirror when putting make up on it was a touch screen mirror to turn on and was awesome I think after using that I am going to have to buy one !
Rooms: Room was a perfect size for myself husband and 2 kids we were there on spring break/work trip for my husband . The room had 2 balconys separate bedroom and kids had a couch that made into a bed along with another couch to sleep on as well . I would have done the 2 beds and couch but they were booked . Plenty of room for me to get work done as well beautiful view of city
Nearby activities: We went to the zoo , science center both of these we took an Uber and it was about a 10 min drive these are both next to each other but they both are all day activities so I suggest doing these on different t days it was a lot . We went in the evening to a hole in the wall steakhouse in the stockyards that was really good as well . We didnt have time but we heard the Down town area has a boat to ride , activities etc
Food & drinks: There is a happy hour from 4-6 with snack food in bar area or you can order dinner from there as well

Overall it is a nice hotel. I will say that the service was pretty bad. I walk to the front desk to check in, it was late at night (but that doesnt mean I should get bad service), I walk up to the front desk and the worker was sitting staring at her phone when I was right there staring at her. I said do I check in here? And she said yeah. I get my stuff and go to park the car for the night. She told me the back door would be unlocked with my key, but the back door was unable to be opened, so we had to walk all the way back to the front. Everything else was good up until the morning. The website says check out by 11. We put do not disturb on our door and we hear constant knocking from housekeeping for about 2 minutes straight at 9:45.
All of these problems would have been avoided with good communication by the desk and better customer service.
