Pick Jarrett! I, too, was recently looking at real estate agent reviews, hoping to make a good decision. As an out of state seller, I needed an agent to represent my interests -- willing and able to address the many issues that always seem to appear in any real estate transaction. Jarrett's many great reviews made me wonder, "Is this real?" I can assure you all of those great reviews are accurate. Jarrett went the extra mile, and then some, to close my sale. I highly recommend him!

Jarrett helped us find, see via FaceTime/video, and place an offer on my wife and Is dream home in less than 24 hours (on the weekend too!). He was always readily available to talk on the phone, texting or calling, and was very on top of emails as well. We thought we had an okay experience with our first home purchase process, but we were so very wrong. Jarrett goes above and beyond and he has set a ridiculously high bar for any future realtors we come in contact with down the line. Couldnt have asked for a better person to try and accomplish the home buying process from a different state. We contacted Jarrett because he had only 5 star reviews (45+ of them) and he far exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend him enough

Jarrett rises above other realtors by using his heart. He is knowledgeable in real estate and other areas connected with a home purchase. He knew how much in taxes I should expect to pay. He possesses a wealth of information. Jarrett was the third realtor I had interviewed. I felt comfortable he would have my best interest in heart. He listened and answered every little question I had for him. I would highly recommend Jarrett above all other realtors.

Jarrett was such a huge help. He answered every question and made the process smooth and 100% stress free. He was on top of anything that couldve gone wrong and makes you feel so secure in your decision and in the process. Jarrett worked all hours making sure everything was perfect.
