I had some issues with administration but having Dr.Mims as my surgeon was a very successful experience. I highly recommend him.

I totally recommend them. It was the best experience I have ever had. The clinic is very caring and helpful sure you might have to wait to be seem but that should tell you they are good the Dr's don't walk in and walk out.

Worst experience both times I went to the office my husband had to wait over a hour the nurse even walked by and openly admitted that she kept forgetting about him. Then get back into the room and had to wait over a additional hour. 2 1/2 hours just for a 15 minute conversation with the Dr. My husband was seen back in May and had to wait 2 months to even get a call back for his surgery date. This office is always packed with patients so there is little to no setting. The clerks at the front desk have no sense of urgency to get patients seen they sit laughing and chatting while patients make multiple complaints on how long it will be until they will be seen.

Worst experience so far. Both times I went to the office I had to wait over and hour, then get back into the room and had to wait over an hour. 2+ hours just for a 7 minute conversation. To top it off, after the surgery I was given no out care instructions. I had to call several times to get on the same page with questions I had. Now it's been 6 days since my surgery and I still have bloody gauze packed up my nose and they are telling me the doctor had an emergency surgery today and can't see me till Friday, and that if I somehow missed that appointment it would be a week because he is headed to vacation. They said they tried to call and tell me Friday. But I got now call and here it is Monday and my time was wasted! They seriously do not seem to care about you down there whatsoever. I still have swelling and bleeding I don't think is normal. The surgeon has a duty to his patients he isn't upholding. From reading other bad reviews on here I'm more than a little worried and will probably go to my PCP to have the gauze removed which says online after 4 days, not 9.
