        Edit: At first, they were very helpful and warming to help get me into an apartment. After I was in, they refused to enforce policy's and hold neighbors to the rules thru signed and agreed upon. I couldn't get an email or call back if my life depended on it. The office refused to help remedy the problem. I ended up breaking thr lease, the day I turned in my keys at the office, I was informed they were currently phasing out the apartment manager due to her termination. So, air on the side of caution when applying here. They just want your money, won't enforce rules, and will charge you for repairs (water heater) that should be covered under normal rent. Sofi Lopez Fournier was amazing. She did such a great job. She helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. She worked fast to help accommodate my unusual circumstances.
