1411 Luxury Real Estate

Recently we purchased a home from 1411 exp realty. I will agree that Brynn always responded to our messages in a reasonable time and was very nice to work with. Where the problem comes is we pointed out before we purchased the home that the AC was not working. We put an offer on the house and was accepted, we ask Brynn to make sure the home inspector look at the unit to make sure it was working correctly. Not only did the inspector but a second person she recommended came out and said this was a normal function of an ac. After we argued this was not a correct function and the house wasn't cooling they got us a home warranty. Guess what the home warranty company would not fix existing problems. Long store short I have lived here for a month, with arguing with 1411 and the warranty place my ac is still not fixed. I will be paying for this out of my own pocket. You see 1411 move on!

Jana and Brinn were a pleasure to work with and are very knowledgable on the local market.
